Dougherty County Office Building, 56 Main Street, Owego, NY for the purpose of hearing public comments on Tioga County's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Project: Fiscal Year 2024 Microenterprise Assistance Program, Project #1142ME562-24 in the amount of $212,500.
